Close to it, at least... Except for Luca and Bevelle, it's just, small towns here and there.

...I wonder what protects those places.

I believe... those places are especially protected, although. Well, I don't know how much even those could do to deter Sin. ...Even in those cities, though, people have lost a lot because of Sin.

Um, well... I'm supposed to go on a pilgrimage. I pray at every temple in Spira and then travel to Zanarkand. There, I will get the Final Aeon. Well... The pilgrimage should make me powerful enough to achieve that, at least...

How many temples are there in Spira?

There's some that have been abandoned... they're... mostly inaccessible, now. But the ones that are still active... There's five of those.

That's not so many... [he considers that] And how long does it take to get to them, normally?

A... few months, usually. It depends where one starts. We won't need to backtrack, so... Six months, if taken slowly. Quicker if we rush.

...The journey to Kilika and Luca is by boat, if that makes you feel better. [Smirking slightly, a little amused.]

Not everywhere. There's boats and some other means of travel. But. Mostly, yes.

...Most people don't do a lot of traveling, though.
