Ah, well, if you're free...[Oswald trails off a bit, turning to glance up at him] ...his birthday is actually the 27th. We were going to have dinner and a game night to celebrate it. Nothing Halloween-related, of course. We could use another player, if you'd like to come.
"The 27th..." [Harvey takes out his phone, entering that into his calendar and he nods.] "Got it. I'd love to come. If Edward's comfortable with that...?"
...aside from the Halloween stuff, yes. He isn't going out much because of it, but he's keeping himself busy indoors anyway. But I...think he's settling in more permanently. So that's good.
[Edward is watching TV on the couch and holding his phone, when Oswald gets home. He looks a little annoyed... right up until he registers the sound of Oswald coming in.]

[Harvey feels for him, really he does.]
"Wish I saw less kids like that in this job."

[he smiles, a little]
At least they have someone looking out for them, who will step in on their behalf.

Ah, well...I would hazard that I'm the lucky one.
[BUT HE'S....STILL PRETTY OBVIOUSLY FLATTERED BY THE COMPLIMENT....]

"It can be both." [And he gives Oswald a quick pat on the shoulder, before stepping away.] "Well, I'll leave you to it, then. Good luck."
no subject
...yes. Thank you. It, ah...it was nice to see you, Harvey.

[When Oswald comes closer, he'll notice the channel on right now. It's... one of those shows where a "psychic" talks to people's dead relatives.]
...Yours?

[and he drops his case files on the table, before moving to sit down next to Edward]
He said he'd be happy to come.
