[he's still coughing up a storm but he sure is going to grab for one of those pillows and TRY AND HIT YOU WITH IT]

[He's just gonna. Grab that, as Oswald tries to hit him with it.] Really?

[He's going to try and jerk back on the pillow but....Edward's got it held fast.

So naturally, he drops it and goes for another, swinging that one at him. TAKE THAT]

[That one hits and Edward huffs.] Okay. [Yeah, he's just gonna start to walk away bye]

I need my crutch, Edward! [THROWS THE PILLOW AFTER HIM!!]

[enigmaster]

[WOW RUDE] I'll bring it by later.

[alskdhfs] I don't want to be stuck in this room!

[hey NO HE DOESN'T LIKE THIS] I'm going to make it your problem--[whoop nope dissolving into a hacking fit]

...Calm down and maybe you won't cough so much.

If it wasn't so--[SORRY GOTTA COUGH A LOT]--so dusty, I wouldn't have to!

[yep doing some more coughing] How do you even breathe in all this?

[enigmaster]

...Usually I'm on the ceiling.

Well, lucky you! [he's--trying to get out of that bed now. y e p. Still coughing though, and leaning on the wall for support]

What are you-- Stop that, for the love of... [he sighs, deeply] ...Just put up with it for now, I have to make sure everything's still fine in the kitchen. Don't... go anywhere. [Yep, he's just gonna go. BYE.]

Easy for you to say, you--[no wait he's gone]--hey! Edward! [alkshdflkhflshlfs and of course he's not going to come back so fine he's just going to grumble to himself under his breath and start just...hopping down the hall. Slowly.

Boy, this combined with the exhaustion from earlier plus all of that dust is just

not great though]

[Yep, he's gone. Edward's just... gonna finish up in the kitchen, sorry not sorry.]

[great he's going to make it like

maybe five stairs down before he's just too dizzy and has to sit down, hard, breath wheezing in his lungs. He tilts sideways, leaning against the railing, still coughing weakly.

He'll just...rest his eyes for a minute again. Just until he gets his breath back.]

[...Yeah, you're gonna be asleep when he gets back, aren't you, Oswald?]

[he sure is--and his breath is wheezing still a bit oddly in his lungs though so that might not be great. His injured leg is stretched out in front of him and he's definitely still propped up on that banister lol]

[Edward comes across this scene and just... sighs. Okay. Yeah, he'll pick Oswald up again. The dust really does seem to be a problem, so... He'll bring Oswald somewhere else this time. When Oswald wakes up, he'll be in a different bedroom. It's... smaller, significantly so, and much less decorated. Additionally, rather than having curtains over it, the window (singular) is instead boarded up. On the upside, there's a lot less dust and it's still warm enough. Edward piled the blankets on again.]

[he does make a mostly-asleep protesting noise as he's picked up, and immediately burrows back into the soft fur on Edward's chest once he is. He's certainly easier to transport this way; much less flailing. He also seems very loathe to let go of Edward once he's set down, but can be pried off with a bit of effort. When he wakes, though, he's...very confused, blinking into the darkened bedroom. There's a small sliver of light from the windows, but it's not much as he slowly sits up, noting the cover of blankets again. Huh. He's going to look around for his crutch]

[It's there, next to the bed.

You're welcome.]

[....huh. He reaches for it, hooking it under his arm, before cautiously making his way to the door and pushing it open. Where is he, exactly?

[enigmaster]

[Still up the stairs, but more out of the way. Either this bedroom was intended for servants or, possibly, it wasn't intended as a bedroom at all and simply converted into one. Tucked into a corner like it is, it certainly doesn't feel like it's anything important.]
