[In all honesty, Oswald hasn't had too strong of an appetite, and combine that with the fact that he no longer has his mother around to make sure he's eating properly, well...he really has no stones to throw in this glass house. But he does eat a bit more slowly than Edward, mostly picking at his food but more than glad Edward's enjoying it.]

[both Oswald and Gertrude stare at him for a moment after that--before Oswald cracks and just kind of...giggles, ducking his head. Gertrude, however, puffs up a bit]
My mother has never respectfully disagreed with anything ever. Definitely not respectfully, at least. But if she's planning on suing, unfortunately I don't think I can be of help to her here, because I'd rule in your favor. [Oswald smirks, swirling his wine in his glass a bit before taking a sip.

That's an understatement. [dryly, though he still looks rather amused] You're definitely getting more of the brunt of it than me and honestly that's a bit entertaining. [he smirks again]
