[Oswald shrugs a bit] I'll be on the couch. I usually don't go to bed until late, and I don't want to keep you up. Also--[the corner of his mouth quirks]--my mother would have a fit if I put a guest on the couch.
[Edward looks ready to argue. In fact, he's already opening his mouth to do just that, but... It doesn't really seem as if Oswald will just budge on this issue.]
[and now he scowls] We'll go down tomorrow and see if we can find out where they put them. [aka he is going to raise hell until he gets Edwards things js] In the mean time...[he wanders over to the walk in closet, digging through one of the drawers and pulling out a pair of pajamas]

If you want to take a shower or anything, the shampoo and towels are already in the bathroom. [which is about the time the intercom system rings, and Oswald's head turns towards it] Ah, I think that'll be dinner--[and he's moving to go back into the hall to let their delivery up]
[Edward lingers, for a second, trying to just. Process all of this? It's a lot. But after a few moments, he just puts the pajamas down for later. Heading out of the bedroom.]
[and the delivery person does knock--and comes laden with what looks like far too much chinese food for two people. And Oswald's calling from the kitchen] If you want to bring it to the table--I've got plates and utensils.
[here you go, Edward, your illegal imbibement. And the corner of Oswald's mouth quirks in amusement, before grabbing their plates and the other cups and a bottle of water to bring to the...rather impressive and overly large dining table.]
