[there's a little bit of tension that goes out of his shoulders when Edward accepts,] Alright. Let's go, then. [and Oswald's going to turn to flag down a taxi] Have you eaten yet?
...okay. [HE'LL JUST order them a lot of food then asldfhsd it's fine they can store the leftovers--and he tucks his phone away just as they're pulling up to an apartment building] That should arrive in about half an hour.
[the building looks....expensive. Even from the outside. But Oswald's stepping out of the taxi and going to the door like it's nbd]
I do. It's a bit more of a recent thing. After my father died, I essentially got the inheritance my grandparents tried to put away so he couldn't touch it. All it ended up doing was skipping him and going to me, really. [he shrugs a shoulder a bit]
[Oswald pauses at the front desk--and leans over to let reception know that this is Edward Nygma, and he'll be staying with Oswald for the time being--before he moves for the elevators.]

[the elevator dings open and Oswald steps inside, using the button to hold it open for Edward--before they ascend up to the 32nd floor, at which point they'll stop in front of apartment 32b. It's a....well, it's a very nice apartment, which is obvious just from stepping into it. Everything is sleek and polished, sophisticated. And Oswald sighs a bit, shrugging off his jacket to hang up]
[....oh right. Oswald blinks once--before closing the closet door] Ah, so--this is the main entrance, then across from this is the study--[and he'll give him the full tour, explaining where things are...and ending at the master bedroom] And you can sleep in here.
[Oswald shrugs a bit] I'll be on the couch. I usually don't go to bed until late, and I don't want to keep you up. Also--[the corner of his mouth quirks]--my mother would have a fit if I put a guest on the couch.
[Edward looks ready to argue. In fact, he's already opening his mouth to do just that, but... It doesn't really seem as if Oswald will just budge on this issue.]
[and now he scowls] We'll go down tomorrow and see if we can find out where they put them. [aka he is going to raise hell until he gets Edwards things js] In the mean time...[he wanders over to the walk in closet, digging through one of the drawers and pulling out a pair of pajamas]
You can wear these to bed. They might be a bit short on you, but we'll get your stuff tomorrow, or worst come to worst, get you another pair.
If you want to take a shower or anything, the shampoo and towels are already in the bathroom. [which is about the time the intercom system rings, and Oswald's head turns towards it] Ah, I think that'll be dinner--[and he's moving to go back into the hall to let their delivery up]
